You have never seen a sweeter little girl riding on a gurney! We had an ER day with Corrie yesterday (breathing and oxygen concerns related to the virus that Mac kindly shared with her). Throughout the day she was smiling and sleeping my arms whenever she could get the chance. The doctor said she is what they call a "happy wheezer." That's our little Corrie!
Oh yeah, she is not totally out of the woods yet, but doing much better. Please keep her in your prayers as the Lord reminds you.
Unless the LORD builds the house, its builders labor in vain. - Psalm 127:1

Mark this date
Yes, it is true: Mac is usually the most dangerous thing that Corrie comes into contact with each day (just a few minutes ago I was fishing a goldfish out of her mouth...Mac has started "sharing"). However, for brief moments, he is a very sweet friend to her.
I want to mark this day, because it is the first time (of many I hope) that Mac had Corrie laughing great belly laughs. Now, when Mac was this age, he was laughing all the time at anyone who would look at him. Corrie...well, she's a little more reserved. She saves those precious smiles and giggles for really special moments.
A few moments ago I had Corrie sitting on my lap, and Mac came over to touch her feet and her knees (his new favorite song: head, shoulders, knees and toes...although he is sure that his hips are actually his shoulders). Corrie smiled at Mac as soon as he came over, and this caused him to jump and laugh and tickle her little legs and feet.
She was laughing and LAUGHING! We were all laughing together at this point. What a sweet moment. Mark this date!
